ITV’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts are led by our DEI Council which acts as an advisory board, operating group and thought partner to ITV”S leadership. The Council drives DEI efforts across the US implementing initiatives to build a culture of fairness and inclusion in our workplace and to create opportunity in our industry.
The DEI Council efforts are focused on four pillars:
- Culture – creating an inclusive internal environment education, awareness campaigns, and team events.
- Opportunity – building a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable organization through outreach, recruitment and the implementation of retention and advancement strategies.
- Programming – ensuring representation, equity and access across our partnerships, casting and programming.
- Thought Leadership – defining our vision and amplifying our efforts.
