About Leonidas Oxby
Leonidas Oxby is Vice President of Production Finance for ITV America, responsible for the group’s production accounting functions including reporting, workflows, finance policy and systems development. Oxby works closely with ITV America’s corporate finance department and reports directly to the group CFO Oliver De La Hoz, as well as the production management teams. He has created systems to ensure production management, production finance and corporate finance work in a seamless, effective and dynamic way, essentially bridging the gap between the corporate and creative sides of the business.
Prior to joining ITV America via Leftfield Entertainment in July 2013, Oxby was head of production finance for Leopard Films (USA) where he introduced financial systems, workflows and held financial oversight across all of Leopard’s productions. Prior to that, Oxby was senior production accountant at BBC Worldwide, overseeing all of the New York office’s productions and line produced a number of its development and pilot productions. He joined BBC Worldwide after transferring from the BBC Live Events department in the UK. Oxby has also worked on music video production and acted as a consultant for both new and existing production companies in the UK and USA.
